In some cases - Meter Support may request your system information in regards to your network connection to better help troubleshoot.

For MacOS

Please take a screenshot of the network details from your Macbook (hold the OPTN button + click the WiFi symbol on Mac). Please see the screenshot below for an example: Mceclip0 Pn

For Windows

  1. Type cmd into the search on your taskbar and hit enter.
  2. In your command line type ipconfig /all and hit enter.
Here you will see a section labeled Wireless LAN Adapter Wi-FI. Please see the screenshot below for an example: Mceclip1 Pn If you are unsure of what section to take an image of:
  1. Please highlight the whole output by left-clicking and dragging over the text.
  2. Click on the Command Prompt logo on the top-left of the window and go to Edit > Copy.
  3. Then paste the whole output in your response to us.
