What to do when you receive this alert
If the location only has a single ISP connection, no action is needed.
If there are multiple connections:
- Log into the Dashboard
- Navigate to the Network Insights page
- Ensure all connections report 100% quality
To see how many ISP connections a location has, navigate to Network-wide > ISPs.
If a site has multiple connections and only one is up and running, continue following the steps in WAN down to resolve ISP issues.
