The config flaps alert triggers when a Meter device experiences repeated configuration changes in a short period, which may indicate instability or a configuration issue.

What to do when you receive this alert

Configuration flapping can indicate:
  • Conflicting configuration changes being applied
  • Network instability causing repeated reconnections
  • Software issues on the device
