Overview
The WAN up alert typically follows a WAN down alert after ISP restoration. WAN up indicates that at least one ISP circuit is up and running, and the Meter Firewall is no longer on management LTE.Prerequisites
- Dashboard access with Admin or Network Admin permissions
- Alert receivers configured

Configuration fields

| Company wide | Yes | Apply to all networks or select specific networks |
| Excluded networks | No | Networks to exclude when Company wide is enabled |

What to do when you receive this alert
If the location only has a single ISP connection, no action is needed. If there are multiple connections:- Log into the Dashboard
- Navigate to the Network Insights page
- Ensure all connections report 100% quality
