What to do when you receive this alert

If the location only has a single ISP connection, no action is needed. If there are multiple connections:
  1. Log into the Dashboard
  2. Navigate to the Network Insights page
  3. Ensure all connections report 100% quality
To see how many ISP connections a location has, navigate to Network-wide > ISPs. If a site has multiple connections and only one is up and running, continue following the steps in WAN down to resolve ISP issues.
